From Risk-Averse to Risk-Capable
Traditional Safety
Often focuses on what went wrong – hunting deviations and broken parts, driven by compliance and past incidents.
- What went wrong
- Hunting deviations and broken parts
- Driven by compliance and past incidents
- Fixing problems after they happen
Productive, Risk-Capable Work
We help you shift to productive, risk-capable work, where you:
- Learn from everyday work, not only from adverse events
- Understand how work and risk ebb and flow in real time
- Design systems with workers, not just for them
- Strengthen capacity, not just tighten controls
“Without changing our patterns of thought we will not be able to solve the problems we created with our current patterns of thought.”
