Meet Diane Ah-Chan

Diane Ah-Chan is the co-founder and director of NextEra. With a background in human resources, safety and risk management – and a Masters in Industrial and Organisational Psychology (Hons) – she brings deep experience in:

  • Organisational change and culture
  • Safety management systems and operational learning

Diane is passionate about evolving how organisations think about safety, people and change – so that work genuinely leaves people in a better state than when they arrived.
